What if I am not home for delivery on Sunday?

We hand-deliver each order to your doorstep. We'll ring the doorbell as we drop off the jar(s).

In the case where you are not home on Sunday during delivery, simply leave an insulated cooler or bag at your doorstep. Our delivery team will leave your jar(s) inside to keep them safe from extreme temperatures.

Where do you deliver?

We offer free delivery in Richmond Hill and the surrounding areas.

Do I need to refrigerate my sprout jar?

Yes, please store your sprouts in the fridge. We recommend consuming the sprouts within 7 days of delivery.

Do I need to wash my sprouts?

Since our sprouts are grown isolated in each jar and rinsed as they grow, they do not need to be washed before they are consumed. However, if you'd like to remove the husks or rinse your sprouts, simply submerge them in cold water. If soaked, the Sprouts MUST be air dried for a few hours before they are put back in the fridge.
